Overview

By using, accessing, or purchasing from this website ("Site"), which is owned and operated by FUJIRI, Inc. (herein referred to as "FUJIRI"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement"). If, at any time, you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site. FUJIRI reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. Please read and review these Terms periodically. As a condition of your use of this Site, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the authority to enter into a binding legal agreement.

Section 1 - Use of the Website

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this Site is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization. We reserve the right to change any information, features and functions of the Site without prior notice, and to deny access to all or part of the Site at any time.

Section 2 - Registration and Membership

FUJIRI subscription boxes are shipped to the address you provide at the time of registration. You may receive emails regarding your account or promotional offers. You can cancel your membership at any time through your Customer Portal or by contacting our Customer Support team.

Section 3 - Billing and Payments

As a Member, you agree to provide accurate contact and payment information, including your name, shipping address, and credit or debit card details. Please keep this information up to date at all times. You are responsible for any fees or charges your issuing bank or credit card provider may charge you. Address updates should be made before your order is processed. If an order has already been processed for fulfillment, we may not be able to update the shipping address. Any amount paid for boxes, processed renewals, subscription payments, and services is final and non-refundable, except as explicitly provided in Section 5 (Returns & Refunds).

Section 4 - Your Subscription Contract

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription includes an initial and recurring monthly payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. FUJIRI currently offers 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month subscription plans. All plans are billed monthly and ship once per month. The 3-month and 6-month plans are monthly subscriptions with a minimum required number of payments, not prepaid plans. The 3-month plan requires 3 monthly payments before cancellation becomes available; the 6-month plan requires 6 monthly payments before cancellation becomes available. After the minimum payment period is complete, your subscription continues monthly at the same discounted monthly price until you cancel. Completing the minimum payment period does not create a new minimum payment period for the same subscription. You are charged at checkout, then monthly on the same day of the month as your original purchase date. If that date does not exist in a given month, billing is processed on the last day of that month. To cancel your subscription, you must do so by the day before your next scheduled renewal date via your Customer Portal or by contacting Customer Support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not cancel or refund completed orders, processed renewals, or payments already made. FUJIRI reserves the right to change subscription plans and pricing with or without advance notice. Membership is void where prohibited by law.

Section 5 - Returns, Refunds, and Shipping

Insurance: FUJIRI shipments are generally not covered by insurance. FUJIRI is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us at contact@getfujiri.com and we will review your case on an individual basis.

Return & Refund Policy: Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective items (customer remorse, changing your mind, or personal taste). All sales are final.

However, we do accept returns, refunds, or replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only, provided that you contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Missing or Damaged Items: All missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt at contact@getfujiri.com. Reports must include:

  • Photos of all sides of the box

  • Photos of all items received

  • Photos clearly showing any damage

Once approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement for the damaged/missing items at no additional cost to you.

Section 7 - Food Allergies

FUJIRI boxes contain authentic Japanese snacks sourced from local producers. Products are not manufactured in allergen-free facilities, and there is a potential risk of cross-contamination. You are solely responsible for reviewing allergen information before consuming any products. Please contact us at contact@getfujiri.com before subscribing if you have specific dietary concerns.

Section 8 - Proprietary Rights

All content on this Site, including text, images, and design, is the property of FUJIRI, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission.

Section 9 - Limitation of Liability

FUJIRI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or the products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription giving rise to the claim.

Section 10 - Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan.
