Prices are shown on each product page and at checkout. Where Japanese consumption tax applies, displayed prices include such tax. Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, and other additional costs are described separately on this page.

追加料金 (商品価格以外)

米国宛の注文については、関税および輸入税は商品価格および配送手数料に含まれます。その他の国・地域への配送では、関税、輸入税、通関手数料等が別途発生する場合があり、これらはお客様のご負担となります。

For orders shipped to the United States, duties and import taxes are included in the product price and shipping fees. For other countries and regions, customs duties, import taxes, or related fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

商品配達期間

2026年7月号の初回ボックスは、2026年6月15日以降に順次発送予定です。2026年6月15日以降のご注文については、原則として注文日から1週間以内に発送いたします。発送後、追跡情報が利用可能な場合は発送確認メールにてお知らせします。配送期間は配送先、配送業者、通関、季節的な配送量により異なります。

The July 2026 box is planned to begin shipping from June 15, 2026 onward. For orders placed on or after June 15, 2026, we generally ship within one week from the order date. Once shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Delivery time varies by destination, carrier, customs, and seasonal volume.

決済方法とタイミング

Visa、Mastercard、American Expressなどの主要クレジットカード、およびPayPalをご利用いただけます。注文時に決済されます。サブスクリプションの場合、初回購入時に決済され、その後は原則として毎月同日に自動更新・決済されます。

We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal. Payment is charged at the time of purchase. For subscriptions, the first charge occurs at checkout and renews automatically on the same date each month unless canceled before the next billing date. 

返品期間

食品の性質上、購入完了後および発送後のお客様都合による返品はお受けしておりません。商品に破損、不足、誤配送等の問題がある場合は、商品到着後7日以内に注文番号と写真を添えてご連絡ください。

Due to the nature of food products, returns for customer convenience are not accepted after purchase or shipment. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

返金ポリシー

食品は消耗品であり、発送準備後または完了済みの注文・更新分については原則として返金対象外です。ただし、当店の過失による商品不備、破損、誤配送等が確認された場合は、状況に応じて交換、再発送、または返金を検討します。

Because food items are perishable and boxes are prepared for fulfillment, completed orders and renewals are generally not eligible for refunds. If an issue caused by FUJIRI is confirmed, such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund depending on the situation.

返品配送ポリシー

食品安全上の理由により、原則として商品の返送は不要またはお受けしておりません。返品が必要と当店が判断した場合、当店の不備による返品送料は当店が負担し、それ以外の場合の送料はお客様負担となります。

For food safety reasons, returns are generally not required or accepted. If FUJIRI determines that a return is necessary, return shipping costs caused by our error will be covered by FUJIRI. In other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
